How long have you been with Publishing.com? >2.5 years

If you could sum up Publishing.com with one word, what would it be? And why?

I would describe Publishing.com as amazing because it is hard to believe that one can work for a company with such a great work culture and management team. Publishing.com is rapidly growing, and it's no surprise.

What has been the most unexpected surprise about being part of this team?

The most unexpected surprise for me was the company coming out with software that will radically change and improve the student experience (publishing.ai).

What’s one thing you wish you could tell our students? 

When you start out, things may feel difficult. Just know that it will improve over time. All you need to do is stay consistent and focused.

Who are your greatest mentors (in the world)? Why?

My greatest mentors are the mistakes I make. Mistakes are feedback, and it is your responsibility to adjust and improve.

What personal goals has this job allowed you to go after? 

No matter what I do, I want to be the best at it. Becoming the best at something comes with years of consistency, trial and error, and focus. If you cannot be consistent at something, you will most likely not succeed.

What has being part of this team meant for your family? 

I've been able to travel regularly and spend high-quality time with my family. I like the freedom of going to the park to walk my dog whenever I want. These are things that are super important for me to maintain a work-life balance. 

Fully Remote, Fully Flexible   

Micromanaging just isn’t our style. We’re too busy working on cool things like Publishing.ai!
