Publishing.com, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Publishing.com, Publishing.ai, AI Publishing Academy, Publishing Accelerator, and the Mikkelsen Twins (collectively, referred to as “Publishing.com,” the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) is a direct-to-consumer, and direct-to-business sales and marketing education and training company. We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program or money-making system. We believe, with education and coaching, individuals can be better prepared for self-publishing decisions, but we do not and cannot guarantee success in self-publishing. Our products and services generally include a hybrid of education, coaching, proprietary software, and tools/resources. All material is intellectual property and protected by copyright. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Lending and Financing

Publishing.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of independent parties. Using borrowed money to make purchases into the company's products and services at high-interest rates or other terms may significantly increase your risk as a consumer. The Company urges you to carefully consider your options before deciding to use borrowed money to make a purchase decision. If you cannot make required minimum payments to the bank and/or lenders, you may incur additional fees and risk damage to your credit profile.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

To continually improve the customer experience, we survey our customers often on a wide variety of things, including (but not limited to): the value of our services and products, including the education, coaching, and software materials, our customer support, and customer overall satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is difficult to track and ascertain those who complete,  implement, and utilize the education, coaching, and software materials. Some customers participate for education purposes only -  and do not purchase additional products or services – but may be included in satisfaction survey results.

Testimonials and reviews are individual experiences and personal opinions. Individual results will vary, and testimonials and/or reviews may not be typical. Results rely on individual effort, time, and skill of each customer, as well as unknown conditions and other factors. While we require individuals providing a testimonial to only provide us with a true and accurate reflection of their personal experiences and honest beliefs, we rely on the integrity of these individuals and do not typically independently verify testimonial claims. However, should we become aware of any false or inaccurate testimonial claims, we will promptly remove them.
